I found these at a local store and was thrilled. I have tried several Schar products and am usually pretty happy with them. These are no different. I bake them for the time they say because they are par-baked. Then I add my favorite Gluten Free lunch meat and veggies and go to town. The bread is a little dense but nice and soft and not gritty at all. Also a great plus is that they have the rolls individually packaged so that you are able to eat one at a time and you don’t have to waste the other if you don’t eat it right away. Although I love subs, these rolls work excellently for garlic bread with cheese. Before I bake them, I half them and add minced garlic, butter, and mozzarella cheese. Let me tell you they are divine, it makes eating spaghetti just as yummy as the old days.
